Women In Coffee is seeking a passionate and experienced Coffee Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a Coffee Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of coffee quality in our partner women-owned coffee companies in Ethiopia. Your role will involve cupping and evaluating coffee samples, providing feedback and guidance to farmers, and implementing quality control processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in coffee quality control
• Strong knowledge of cupping protocols and sensory evaluation techniques
• Familiarity with Ethiopian coffee varieties and processing methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
