Women In Coffee Entrepreneurship Training Program
Our company recognized the need for empowering aspiring women entrepreneurs in the coffee industry. To address this, we launched the “Brewing Bosses” training program aimed at equipping women with the necessary skills and knowledge to start and run their own coffee businesses.
The program spanned over several weeks and covered various critical areas, including business planning, marketing strategies, financial management, and operational aspects specific to the coffee industry. We invited industry experts and successful women coffee entrepreneurs as guest speakers to share their experiences and insights.
In addition to the theoretical training, we provided hands-on support to the participants, assisting them in developing their business plans, identifying potential sources of funding, and connecting them with suppliers and industry professionals.
The impact of this project was profound, as several aspiring coffee entrepreneurs successfully launched their businesses and became self-reliant. Through the training program, we not only provided practical knowledge but also instilled confidence and created a strong network of support among women in the Ethiopian coffee sector.
